“I'm not trying to ask you to change companies, but I'm starting my own business and if you ever decide to change, I hope you'll consider me." This is not an exact quote but is almost exactly what Lee Underwood told people when, in April 1985 with $200, a used truck, some hand tools and 500 business cards, he and wife Lois set out to start their own HVAC company. At that time Lee was armed with a certificate in heating and air conditioning from TSTI and about 7 years experience. The business has grown from there. Now, almost 28 years later, Lee & Lois still strongly believe that INTREGRITY and education count and are still going strong.
Underwood’s Heating & A/C provides service to the Hill Country in a 50 mile radius of Kerrville, including, Ingram, Hunt, Mt. Home, Harper, Comfort, Center Point, Fredericksburg, Junction, Leakey, Bandera, Medina and most points in between.
